We got a lot of complains and dissatisfactions from some members, hopefully with this post, you will understand what we are doing.

I had placed my logo, why still not listed in KuchingBloggers.com?
For newbies:
Please give us at least 3 business days to get your blog listed. We have lots of submissions everyday and we need to go tru’ them one by one to make sure the blogger is based in Kuching or originated from Kuching. In other words, we are going to dig tru’ your blog to find hints such as where you are located and/or where you originated. To ensure that you are qualified.

Please inform us if you had placed the logo in your blog else we won’t know. That’s another reason why you are not in the list. The best way to ensure that you wont be missed out is by filling in the form by clicking on the red “JOIN US” on the sidebar.

For existing members:
Ever since we revamped the site, we got complains from some of you saying that we didn’t have you in the list. These are the situations that we had encountered that cause your removal from the list:

1. During the revamping process, we might accidentally missed you out. If you find out that you are no longer in the list, please let us know by contacting us with your blog address.

 

2. During the revamping process, we visited every single blog to make sure that every blogger had the logo displayed and ensure that the blog is active. We noticed that many blogs were password protected which we had to removed them from the listing. Maybe you might have open up your blog again and if you still want to be a part of us, you can resubmit again.

 

3. We also notice that the logos in some blogs were missing because the bloggers might have revamp their blogs and forgot to place it back which we have to remove them from our list as well to ensure fairness to other bloggers. Please make sure you don’t forget about the logo next time. If this is your case, please resubmit.

 

4. We do “spring clean” from time to time and you might be that “lucky” to not having the logo in your blog that time and we had to remove your blog from the list. Please read here

Any situation mentioned above, please resubmit your blog or contact us about it.

My blog address had changed but why it’s not updated even after I contacted KB?

1. Please give us 3 business days to get it changed.

 

2. Sometimes we take more than 3 business days to change especially for those that had changed their links but still can be accessed using the old links. Basically this is for those that had bought a new domain name and only redirecting the domain name to their current blogs.

We hope this will make things clearer.

Also, we hope that you can understand that we are just like everybody else out there. We have full time jobs to take care of. This is a community project that we are doing on our own expense.

Hopefully together we can help each other to unite bloggers in Kuching and make it the coolest bloggers’ network.
